Case Study: Microsoft Finance, Business Intelligence
Challenge:
With regional operating centers in Dublin, Reno, and Singapore, there was no central place to monitor the overall performance of the organization against its key goals and targets. Microsoft needed visibility into organization-wide metrics, such as cycle time and customer satisfaction.
Cypress Solution:
Working with Microsoft, Cypress Consulting developed a portal-based Reporting Dashboard to track key performance indicators and present them via a scorecard interface. These scorecards are used to track both lagging and leading indictors, and present users with a quick view of relative progress and performance over time. Each scorecard also allows the user to drill into the metrics displayed to uncover additional details and specifics in real-time.
