Cypress worked with Reel Time rentals to develop a .NET internet platform (link to .NET case study) to support the company's mission of streaming video on demand to customers. Such a large and complex undertaking required extensive information architecture work initially to ensure the public website provided users with a clear and consistent method to register and access video content. Cypress' Information Architecture team produced over 80 storyboards for the myriad public page types required to support Reel Time's online business model.
