Management Consultant / Project Manager

We are looking for experienced management consultants from the Associate/Consultant to the Senior Manager/Principal level. Applicants must be able to add value to clients from initial project concept development through to detailed implementation. We pay $50-75 hourly on contracts lasting up to a year.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of post-undergraduate or 3+ years of post-MBA professional services experience
• Knowledge of business or IT organization roles and responsibilities
• Thought and people leadership skills needed as well as strong executive presence for pursuit and delivery required
• Program management skills including issue discovery, tracking, and reporting, and motivational techniques
• Strategic formulation skills including framework development, research, and quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Exceptional client interaction and management skills
• Account development / Consulting sales and marketing experience - an understanding of relevant concepts and approaches
• Initiative to work independently in unstructured and dynamic environments. Ability to "think on your feet" and to respond to challenges with confidence and creativity
• Ability to write and contribute to RFPs and proposals and knowledge of standards including PMI, Six Sigma, ITIL, Big 5 or CMM are all a plus
