PHP Developer

We are a Seattle-based consulting group with core competencies in Business Consulting, Technology Services and Creative Design. Our projects range from small site add-ons to large enterprise system development and implementation. We are looking for team players that are driven, can self-manage, hold themselves to a high level of quality and communication, and are comfortable working remotely.

We are seeking a PHP Developer with the following qualifications for immediate contract work:

Qualifications:

• A minimum 3 years experience writing database-driven web applications in PHP/MySQL
• A solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Basic familiarity with Apache web server on Linux
• Ability to collaborate with virtual teams comprising project managers, business analysts, developers, and others to build quality customer solutions
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a busy environment.

Additional Plusses:

• Experience with Mambo (any version)
• Photoshop skills
• Consultancy experience (client communications, estimating, odd hours)
• Experience with Apache and/or IIS on Windows
• Knowledge of Perl
