
Business Process Management Consultant
We are a Seattle-based consulting group with core competencies in Business Consulting, Technology Services and Creative Design.
We are looking for a candidate who has the skill set of building and leading large business units/teams/global projects in the development and validation of a Business Process Management framework. Experience and subject matter expertise in leadership of cross-functional teams to build out programs supporting BPM. Applying and leading core business processes that includes identification and development of global day to day business.
Track record in driving adoption and execution and leading long term business process roadmaps in support of the business strategy. Demonstrated team work experience and understanding of how to motivate and lead projects to their completion. Training and application of the principles of Six Sigma (variation) and Lean (process excellence) in applying to a non-manufacturing industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Principles, practices, and techniques of developing a Business Process Management framework.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Process Development, Standardization, Improvement, and Redesign methods to lead/support business improvement efforts within a business unit.
- Setting up Business Process Measurement to include Voice of The Customer data integration, change control development, performance review processes, reporting and escalation of key risks and constraints to leadership team, and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in promoting and providing thought leadership within an organization/community pertaining to business process standardization, optimization and alignment to customer needs.
- Assist in defining and managing the long term process improvement initiatives, in support of the business strategy and aligned with key goals.
