Cypress launches Microsoft Operations Scorecards

Working with Microsoft's Worldwide Operations organization, Cypress launched their first internal analytic Sharepoint portal.

Built using SQL Server 2005, Sharepoint and Business Scorecard Manager, the portal draws data from a variety of internal sources into a datawarehouse for centralized reporting and analysis via a series of Balanced Scorecards.
