Challenge
Real Networks wanted to develop a social content system designed to monetize their entertainment properties as subscription portals with live streaming and VOD content. The primary goals of the project were to drive customer retention and revenue during the off-season of reality series by facilitating one-to-one interactions and building relationships with viewers.

Solution
Working with Real Network’s internal design and development teams, Cypress created a robust and scalable solution integrating RealNetworks’ new and existing content, social media, and eCommerce platforms. The result powers content distribution platforms for the web and iOS, giving viewers the ability to take the experience with them on their iPhone or iPad.
