Case Study: eCommerce - Starbucks

Challenge:

In an effort to take advantage of the holiday season, Starbucks wanted to feature a select set of merchandise on their website in order to provide another sales avenue. However, the Starbucks website only had eCommerce capabilities for the Starbucks Card and Hear Music CDs at the time.

Cypress Solution:

Cypress worked in close collaboration with Starbucks' Marketing, Web and Merchandise teams to understand the goals and objectives of the Holiday campaign, and developed the concept of the Gift Builder.
